Hi guys, yes. I got the same. just trying to sort that issue out with my hosting provider at the moment. Most likely need to edit some obscure linux file.

the directory that the images get uploaded too probably isn't writable

find the directory in your ftp program and change the permissions for it

Photo uploads on the Forum are now working people!!! Community uploads to be sorted tomorrow after an early night!!!
