Is there any good grass areas to go kite on around the East side of Chch? Have been looking around and seen a spot but it could be off limits...but its worth a bash.
Any other keen landboarders in the area keen to meet up?

Rawhiti Domain in New Brighton on the cricket ground is OK in a southerly but small with a lumpy wind OK on a buggy. Been meaning to try Bexley reserve but never pulled finger should good in any direction. The beach is still a goer in an easterly just stay away from Waimarie beach as that's were the sewage comes out. Though in saying that in have buggied there for a few hours with no Ill effects but did keep my mouth shut and speed down as I pasted over the pipe.

yea man had a session at Bexley but custy as shakin mothers-milk, have been drooling over the large beach @ North New Brighton..."bust a couple biggies" but no wind to work with

its good to have a healthy beach back after the swimming ban and the wind is returning again, the landboarders/buggy count on the beach is picking up... come on summer!
