Looking good! Had a close-up on some of the other forums you post too showing how you shaped the brackets and they've come out very nice after a lick of paint. Just reckon we need to get you some black grannies.. those grey ones stand out on the black beach!

Are you wearing gators?

grey grannies are staying till they wwear out! which by all accounts will be a long times. but i have since found cheaper black grannies.

yes little gaitor. they stop sand but not water. really need bigger ones

yes carbon guards would be nice but it would make the already heavy board heavier. maybe i should buy a 100pack of paper overalls and just chuckem in the rubbish on the way home!

hehe the sand you see there is only a small portion of the sand i ended up with after pasting myself headfirst into a massive 10m2 foot deep puddle.

Why not swap for wakeboard bindings then you don't have to worry about the waterproof ankle warmers and water in your shoes!

are you suggesting i not wear shoes?
madness i say. i wouldn't care to do 50m skudds on my bare feet. (it happens on occasions on stuffed up manuvours. infact my record is 80m skudd.....
tramping boots give good ankle support too.

What do you mean coming off the board? There is no coming off the board with wake bindings once on you are pretty much stuck on. Wakeboard bindings have great ankle support as long as your in them...
