11 Nov 09. Stolen F-One Bandits from Muriwai Carpark by Surfclub. The wankers broke into one car took one kite and other bits then broke into a second car and took 4 kites and a green 'Bang' board 128cm. The kites are:

2010 11m Brown leading edge /white panels (used once)
2010 10m Black with white trim
2009 10m Bandit Dos Blue with black panels
2008 9m Black (totally black-very distinctive) with repairs
5m North training kite
Two board bags

There are very few 2010 ones around and the black one really stands out. If you see any of these for sale or around, please call Tony 09 410 9649. Thanks

Pricks. There are way too many break-ins at Muriwai and it's probably the same people again and again. It's about time a temporary surveillance camera was put up at the surf club and/or Beach Rd to catch these punks.

Yeah, you're right. Everyone I've talked to knows of someone who has had their car broken into. Love to catch them and deal to them.

maybe we should set up a bit of a sting... anyone willing to lend a car, some gear, baseball bats, a little time and a few cameras?

i'll put my car and a kite or two in.

also we post the footage on you tube, and sell the rights to a reality tv show.

i have a small HD helmet cam we can hide in the car... as long as its well hidden then alls game. Some video cameras has a bloody good zoom too...?

My prob mate is I live up north. I think it needs to be a proper setup monitoring people/cars in/out of that area. The cops werent really interested - they wouldnt even turn up.
