Hi Guys,

Bit of an update from up north; Su and I got back from South Africa last week and have been setting the shop/workshop back up inbetween going thru 5 weeks of backed up paper work.

Just before we left we sold the long serving blue/white L300 'Decay Van', it is now replaced with a long wheel base/7 seat Pajero 4x4 - just the truck for road trips and long west coast downwinders. The new truck has yet to head to the sign writers, but please bare with us, before long it will be easy to pic it out of the normal weekend Ruakaka Beach car park.

Today we received an 11m Ozone Instinct on demo, we will have it at the beach every day we are out. If are in Ruakaka in the next month or so grab it off us - but be warned, you will not want to give it back. By far the best alround water kite yet!

The weather for this weekend is looking like strong SE with mid-day high tides. If this all goes to plan we will be at Ruakaka river mouth for the first session on our new 7.2m slider. Thanks must go to Mike Holland for putting the hours building this beast over the last 10 days.

Everyone is welcome to come a test ride this new rail (as far as we know the longest kiteboarding slider in NZ) just remember your helmet and take the fins off you board. Anyone hitting the rail with fins on is liable for the replacement cost of the high-pressure PVC pipe - $$$$$ - plus a likely beat down by the rest of the crew for ending their session.

Also in the build right now is a kicker to match this slider - more details and pics of that one to come.
