Whilst not in the cheap catagory with Best Kiteboarding, I thought the prices seemed quite reasonable for RTF depowerable foils, good for land. snow & water usage.....

If you wana go big there isn't anything to compare to Flysurfer, can't see them making a big appearence over here considering the advantages of PL Arcs over FS and the cheapness of Tubes
