fpr those of you going to the cairns comp.....you no longer have to pay $60 for aksa registration - it is now $20, and you pay when you get there. This covers you for insurance for the week of the comp. For more info have a look at the 'its extreme' website.

I suspect neil had something to do with this drop in price...once again, yay for neil!

Also, the date for paying the compeition fee is the 30th - after this it costs more ( i think $20 ), so this is also something to keep in mind.

cool - more kiwis, there's about ten of us going from christchurch, although not everyone is going in the competition. It'll be a mini invasion (as if having 1 million new zealanders living in australia already wasn't enough to give them a rough idea)

Membership to the AKSA for this event only is $25, and apparantly it can be paid at the event.

Going to be a bit tough going from 2 degrees to 25 and back again.....
