Thought it would be a good idea to get everyone together and watch some of the latest kiteboarding DVD's on a big screen and have a few beers. Shane M has hooked us up with a pub to use. They have a projector and a grandstand. There is going to be a $10 door charge. This will get you 2 beer tickets and some snaks. It will be held on Monday the 5th of July at 7:30pm. The pub is called the Pen. It is part of the Portage Peninsula Hotel. 18 Elm st, Avondale. From the North Western M way take the Avondale/ Pt Chev turn off.Go left along Great North Rd. Keep left when the road forks.Take the first road on the right, Rosebank then 1st Left is Elm st. DVD's include Martin Vari's "Dream" The KPWT Wave Masters, 2003 Corona Winter Tour, Conspiracy Theory and Sick Days. Am going to try to organise some spot prizes as well. All welcome. See ya there.

Nice one Kent

This means I have to head over to the other side of the bridge.. Scary..

Yes - remember to keep your windows closed, your doors locked and don't stop at traffic lights - those westy bogans seem to have the knack of sniffing out poofy Shore dwellers and giving them a good bashing...

Hi Kent

Thanks for the movie night and spot prizes..
It looks like every one had a blast..
I found Ian C crashed out on the couch on Tue morning..
and he looked like I felt...

What was the total number of tickets sold?
There must have been over 50..
Not bad for a winter Monday night session.

Ow.. and no girls next time.. I had all intensions on winning that Cabrina harness.

Laters

Every kiters dream pressie! Oh well.

You think I wanted all those other prizes!! Anyway, the T shirt & Beanie complimented that bottle of wine nicely. Almost had that pump if you honkies hadn't cried like babies!!

Great night tho Kent & Perrin. Well done> Next evening at the "Tama-Ariki Villas", Ngatangiia, Rarotonga. The first coconut is on me!!
