Didn't see the news but was it about some outa-control kiter (Marcus) getting a spankin' behind his red 16m Naish and takin' out a small child along the way? That's 'cause it was 5 knots gusting 30knots and it took every one by surprise...

You watch extreme make over this week as they try to re add my wee pink ears back on kiteboarders are mean and nasty. My mum says you should all go to bed with no milk especially the mean man shaaan miller.and he cant even spell. My mum says he has legs like poultry but that cant be true no one has legs that skinny all covered in fluff.

Don't quite know how I can be the bloody idiot when I was quietly minding my own business boosting 30 footers half a k away from all the action. Anyway - at least everyone walked away without too much damage being done. The kiter involved was quite experienced - just that the weather got the best of him

no marcus didnt make the headlines, thank fuc ! .yes he did take out a child on the beach no injurys but to himself thanks to lady luc,and yes i think he couldev and shouldev deployed his kite,i spoke to him,but we gotta watch out for eachother ,the footage on one news was some lads up at manly beach, nice 1.

there are some guys making a tv series about kiting in NZ - may the footage was to do with that....same guys who were looking to do the ESPN stuff on comps but that never happened..

who is making a series about kiteboarding in new zealand? more details please....

The guy who made the Revolution DVD wants to come over and do a DVD on kiting in NZ. He emailed me a couple of weeks ago to try and plan some thing.

By the way I have been slack and still have about 5 copies left of the DVD.
So any one who wants a copy !! I will give one to you for... hmm
