I well and truely got my fun injection today. 24-44 knots of cross on stupididy in stupid size washing machine waves.

Peaking at 44 knots i think i found the top end of the 8m light. At one point i was going so damn fast and loosing an edge the only way i could slow down was to send it for a jump....

At one point we though a twister was forming out at sea. but it dispersed after a couple of mins so we carried on kiting. I counted 8 nut bags out riding!!! they breed em tough in the naki!

sounds like a sweet session - the wind failed to arrive in Nelson today - fingers crossed for friday

Had an epic first session on the 10m C4 today. 18-30 knots. 55kph on the landboard dodging boulders and drift wood and sweet dangling session on the water practicing my transition loops and down loops. the 10m is a sweet size and just right for my conditions. ps 30 is the top end of the 10 for me! It picked up to 30 and hold an edge was difficult, But boosting was rediculous.
