Any one know of any good spots for kiteing around the Timaru/Oamau area?
Heading that way on saturday should be north east winds.

Blair @ Underground is from that area and has done a fair bit of kiting down there.

I'm sure if you gave him a call at the factory he would hook you up.

perhaps caroline bay in timaru

lake aviemore in the waitaki valley is quite nice

katiki beach @ shag point is great

there's an old windsurf guide on www.winzurf.co.nz which is quite good
harbour boosting, sideways buggying, harwood speed gps'ing, sometime kiteskiing, wave/washing machine kiting, gear breaking, driving about chasing the wind....
