Just wanted to make a quick comment about the great customer service I recently had from Ozone that I thought really stood out.

I have been trying to resurrect an old 2006 Instinct that I love but had lost the O-Shit Handle and couldn't find one on the web anywhere.

I emailed Ozone via their website, within 6 hours got a reply from Spain saying they had none in Europe but they would get hold of their chief designer and see if he had one. Within 12 hours the Ozone design team had driven into Raglan and dropped one in the Kitesurf Shop in Raglan for me to pick up free of charge!! They have never met me and this kite is over 4 years old!

Very grateful and looking forward to getting out kiting after a long time off this weekend.
