i'll be in NZ for at least 2/3 yrs.... anything more than 3yrs i have trouble verbally committing too! but i am stoked with NZ, love my job, and have some sick friends!

i have only been in NZ 9 months and have frustratingly moved 4 times... now my 5th. I travelled the last 2 years so well adjusted to moving around, but i need a home base that is reliable. i am looking to rent and stay in the same place for approx 1 year, with the intention to buy after that.

I work in Mt Albert (Forensics), but an early riser and will only live in the north shore.

Any reliable suggestions will be v much appreciated!

tangled.... whats your hourly rate?!? does it include b&b!?! i'll keep you in mind!!! I do get around & also live under my kite for a large proportion of my time....so rent/hr could be my cheapest & best offer!!!

so far the only offer i have is shoal bay sams floor .... any class and dignity i have would be well gone- so make me an offer! :wink:

What a gentleman that Sam must be - giving up his floor space where he normally sleeps for outdoors, 'cause his kites take up the whole bed. You must be a special lady. As for my digs, yes - that does include B&B, but the City Mission food does take some getting used to...
