Take care on the beach in chch mainly north beach from what i know.

there have been several walkers who have walked over several used needles . be carfull if you there as this could be verry nasty if stuck by one. :shock:

i would say these have been washed up by the weather but who knows.

Same thing happened on Long bay in Auckland after a big storm a few years ago. Gloves, syringes, needles the lot. Had a crew scouring the beach for several days after picking up rubbish. Real nasty!
