Wondering if anyone can give me some info on good places to go kiting in Fiji/NC/Vanuatu/Cook Islands? I'll have a family in tow (Head Office and three kids aged 7, 9 and 12) so somewhere family friendly and comfortable would be good.

New Cal -Meridian Hotel very comfortable I hear (We slept in a tent and caught fish to eat in a mosquito net tho)
