No wind at all out this way at the mo but i'm more thinking later on tonite at 9 or 10pm with the mid tide. Wind is mean tto pickup and shift more easterly which will get in here more. At the mo that 15 knot SE is only hitting the outer islands.. and maybe Ruakaka (DK is there any lighting by that rivermouth? :mrgreen: )

akl is a super steady zero knots.

Hi DK yeah no wind out this way. Grant and i have decided to call it off and instead kite tomorrow.

As for the 8am mission. I'd be keen as but the wind is forecast to swing more easterly and REALLY pickup. If it does that then i'm gonna stay local. however if it stays 20 knot SE (ie nothing in akl) then i'm gonna head up.

I'll see what the wind does.
