hey guyz as kitings an extreme sport it isn't without it's hurtin... so how badly has kiting hurt you guys... or are u all bulletproof!?

i once stubbed my toe getting on the beach just b4 getting on my board. it was very painful for a moment or to, no blood to speak of and i was able to kitesurf without pain for the rest of the day!!!

Busted up my ribs 8 weeks ago when I was coming down from a big boost. The velcro tensioning waistband of my waist harness had come undone, allowing it to ride up so the bar was up underneath my ribcage. The line tension on landing was enough to crack my ribs. Am just getting back into the swing of things now - with a seat harness.

i got myself a giant hemotobia ,spell check lol,at poochev when hoisted in a 35 kt gust and my ass nailed a submereged fencepost,i guess it could have been worse,no penetration was involved...

Dang thats gotta hurt....

and there I was always seeing Pt Chev goin off and thinkin I've gotta get a session in there. Must remember to take me kevlar y-fronts when I do go...

What other treasures lurk beneath the waters there?

the wind direction was ssw,to much south it gets fucd up like that,booty was there that day,the boys at kiteworks took a snap,but i lost it,funie thing is i shessed for accouple of hours after,didnt hurt untill i thawed out lol...

yeah i went out to pt chev in a southerly ages ago... yep it was gusty.

must be that cliff or the motorway or somethin.....

is NW the best wind direction 4 pt chev?
