At the end of June (our first month), 44 registered users have signed up and we are getting an average of 63 unique visitors per day with a maximum of 85 per day. During weekdays, we are busiest, with a dramatic decline over weekends - suggesting our users are visiting kiteforum.co.nz as part of their workday routine.

The breakdown of nationality is virtually the same - between 76 and 95% of users are logging on from NZ ISP's.

We are stoked with the growth curve so far and have added news and locations features, which we will continually update.

after six months of operation, we now have almost 100 registered users. in october, we had a total of 213,844 page hits from 3976 visits. during the month, we had an average of 128 unique visits per day with a maximum and new record of 163 unique visitors per day.

we have now been running for 10 months and have over 170 registered users.

in february, we had an average of 185 visits per day with a maximum of 242 unique visits in one day.

interestingly, according to our detailed hitstats information, the US Government is monitoring our site (probably due to the antics of osama bin kiting, mullah omar and others).

us government operatives have made at least 18 visits and have read over 500 pages of kite-drivel, apparently from a base in antarctica: sphinx.mcmurdo.usap.gov

it could of course be some poor snowbound kiter slaving for uncle sam and catching up on the gossip on the strategic air command mainframe computer while the spooks are on their coffee and donuts break - but i doubt it.

... the US government??!! Shaun your da man! gee i wonder if the real george bush enjoys have his name slagged around by george w poleboarder and co. never mind blownaway being a threat to national security. what about those clowns? just as well they've all gone on their holiday.
