The deadline was January 1st, I've postponed it to the 14th since everyone is too busy being on holidays.

So please make sure you register as soon as you can if you want to save $$ and help us to get things organised.

The price is the same for everyone (even le social category): $75.

Just reading the pray for wind web site... appropriate title given the Raglan windless event.

Can someone update the site with more accurate info.

Lots of tourist kiters were dissapointed not to be allowed in the Nats in previous events. So whats the go with this one. i see nothing posted.

Also, the site has the days wrong too, Thursday is not the 19th you mean friday right? or Thursday?
Making Sunday or Monday the final day?

The old C kite leash rule seems odd given all the new kite technology of SLE kites. but it's not really a big issue.

But I think getting the dates right would be :shock:

Do we have to drink Speights? or can we import our own beer?

Ah get over it Lee, your 'flat kites' are not that special. If you're gona get spanked on your leash on a C you're gona get spanked on a bow too!

It takes more than a reactive statement for you to be right :roll: ... but then who cares. The point was missed maybe too subtle.
I spotted a few things that appear to be very old cut and pastes that need up dating.

I'm alone organizing this event with Warren in Nelson.
I'm sorry things are not as perfect as you would like them to be. I took the time to put up a website (which is time consuming) - I did it to help people not to confuse them on purpose.
Unfortunately I don't have the time to update everything perfectly, since I've got a job, a life, a newborn as well.

Reminder: we're volunteers, we don't get anything from organizing this event except some "Thanks" and a lot of criticisms!

Im doing my best and if my best is not enough for you, well, be my guest to do better next year!


I would appreciate to receive comments by email, its by far more efficient than expecting me to read the forum.

you could have updated the site in the time it took you to reply on this forum... right.
