Gidday Team,

I am a novice Kite Surfer from the Hawkes Bay. I was hoping to find some information about Kite Surfing Locations in my area. What type of winds prevail on certain beaches in the Hawkes Bay? Where are the locations with user friendly launching/ landing sites?

Any info would be appreciated.

These were at westshore just up from the surf club and i think it was N-NW at the time
10 min later the wind dropped so i didnt get out

HI

My name is Andrew. I am heading up to the Hawkes Bay at the start of January for work. I was wondering if you would be able to let me know what sort of information you have discovered about good spots up there.
I too have only just started up, and hoping that the Hawkes Bay will provide some good winds.
