In need of a Small Kite 3 years, 3 months ago #19274

Hey there im after about a 2mtr kite for the buggy what kite could you recommend I buy complete for under $250 and does it make much difference between 1.6 through to 3.0mtr as im about 100kg plus buggy but 25 knot winds are a bit of a shocker with the 4mtr so any help would be appreciated and hoping to sort one out for next weekend if possible.
