Hey everyone me and my mate are going to be traveling NZ south island for the next 2 weeks and I was just looking for some advise on where might be some good places to snow kite. We will be spending a bit of time around Queenstown, Arrowtown and Wanaka
(plan on checking out the wanakite freeride).

Ill be bringing my own kites over but will need snowboard gear and my mate will need kite gear but he has snowboard gear any places you would recommend for hiring gear?

Anyway we will be cruising around in our van and any advise/tip would be great.

hey mate check out tim from kitesports in CHCH for gear or maybe john imhoff from boarder patrol, there is a little shop in QT if my memory serves me right, snow farm is best in most wind directions but cardrona gets some wind too. the rest of the spots you need a pretty serious 4wd to get to and some local know how.
