Thought it was about time i uploaded a picture myself insted of having Zenon take all the credit for them lol. here is the 3rd best shot of the day, too bad i have no shots of good moves/crashes but im sure when the rain stops we will be out again.

the only reason i was behind the camera in such good winds is because blizzard took off with my lines, kite and buggy!!!(and is using them in all the pics)

Tell me did you single straight stitch the panels together ? . What sort of control system are you going to use handles , or a depower bar ? .

Yep, straight stitch using nylon bonded V46 I think (the thread is crucial) The stitch length is set to the maximum on the machine

Control is using handles.

I'd recommend you try a gual. Much better (more recent) kite than the firecrest. We have the 1.7 and a 6.5. The 6.5 is my most used kite, it's a pure beast. www.wingine.nl for plans and info. I think there is a 3.5 or 2.5, but I'd just jump to the 5m.

Plus if the Dribs look like too much work (pretty hard for beginning builders), put a message up here and I'll change the file for you

Plus the gual can be used with a depower system.

lol made totally from the scraps left over from the 5m junkie, im gonna start work on a 3m junkie over the next week or 2, so i guess i could get onto it shortly after that?

Although the small junkie does look perfectly formed, it is incredibly hard to sew.

Even a 2m kite is near impossible 8)

Still needs a test. I'm sure it will fly, just not so well.

well it did fly quite well, just that its super sensitive to the controls being the size it is so you have to think ahead of whats happening
