For those that post here and don't know my real name, you can call me Steve Green. I am currently living by the beach in Christchurch and trying to raise awarenes and interest in all things associated with Kite Ground Boarding, or KGB for short, (although it's known as ATB, Landboarding, Kite Boarding, and many other names depending on who you talk to)

If anyone has any questions or idea's related to the promotion or raising the profile of KGB anywhere in New Zealand, then don't hesitate to send me a PM or post a new thread, I am open to all ideas.

For those that have an interest in either getting into KGB, or are currently kitesurfers that are thinking of getting a mountainboard for use when the wind is below 15 knots, then make yourselves known on this forum, as there is already a wealth of knowledge and information available from everyone that posts here.

With the quality beaches & domains we have here in NZ and the availability of wind from most every direction, KGB should be as popular as kitesurfing. In the UK & USA the KGB scene is very large and active and my intention is to make it more popular here, and put people with similar interests in touch with each other to build the sport from the grass root.

So we have the forum, now lets use it....
