Kite mountainboarding is super sweet here in Raglan, at low tide there's plenty of space on the hard black sand beach.

Had a mint sesh on Sunday in about 20kt westerly, huge lofty jumps and managed to pull a few double backy's in cleanly.

One of my old MBS trucks decided to spit the dumby halfway thru thou. Was wondering if anyone knows where i could get a new plastic cap (the bit that holds the spring and egg shocks in place)? Have scoped the kitesports and MBS sites but no luck! Only bit I couldn't find, blowout!!!!

Oh yeah the kitesurfing is sick here too, have been getting on water at least 4 days a wk.

Are we talking Skate or Channel truck...?

The top position Top Hat on channel trucks does not have a thread, just a hole into which the adjustment screw fits. The bottom position Top Hat has a threaded hole into which the Top Hat Screw locates through the bottom arm of the truck.
