That looks like it was designed by a man who saw a picture of a power kite. I bought one for $1.00 + post off trademe. It looked like a foil and it hung around off the ground and turned sometimes. Threw it in the bin after a while. I ended up with some polyester lines and hoops for a 6 bucks.
