been thinking about gokart tyres. the hubs are the problem..... might be worthwhile grabbing a set and working the hubs out later?

Only $50 a set... even I'm tempted. Having just machined 6 acetal rollers for a cable carrier I don’t see hubs being an issue… besides have you seen all the hubs listed?

Curious how you turn such a beast though. It won’t carve and sliding with the extra contact area will also be interesting… aquaplaning is a definite probability though!

those look good rears are probably the go and you can get plastic rims , just need carriers

ok boys find me the rims and i'll buy the wheels and give it a try.

i see no reason why you wont be able to carve them just need to have the right duro. which perhaps i already have.....

note the rears on a kart are fixed to the axle !

i've looked at the mini quad wheels before. i don't think they give any extra advantage over the grannies.

the scooter wheels look interesting jimmy but i think too skinny. i'm pretty certain i need volume.
