went for a real quick landboard session at lunch time. couldn't resist trying out my new back rolling skill... oh dear what have i started? i'll have to get a little piddly freestyle board now....

i went for a longboard skate on sunday night it was speed.

don't worry Al the legs of steel remain and speed is still the focus.

went for a dh mtb tonight. flew of a 6foot step down landed badly smacked into a stump flew over the handle bars. managed to miss another stump by millimeters landed on my head and shoulders.... man that hurt. theres going to be some whiplash pain tomorrow.

I thought to myself as i was wiggling my toes and fingures to see if i still infact had an intact spin. man the kiting wipeouts are so much less painfull than this.
