I'm eager to pick up some more lessons in Kite Skating and Kite boarding, does anyone know of anyone trained in this? Particularly in Christchurch ))))

Not many places to Kite skate in NZ - a lot depends on a cold winter or not - and finding
wind in a suitable place - and the ice being safe enough!
Did a bit in Otago last year and if the winter is right this year you are welcome to join us - most likely
in July. It is a bit hairy with a kite on skates and we found a kitewing was more suitable on smooth ice- tho you can use skis with a kite etc if the ice is rough.
Snow kiting areas are more reliable.
