So anybody who wants to have a ride (will only be the second one with CHCH guys for real) I'm gonna try and be on the beach tomorrow, not totally sure when but I'm willing to go in the water if it's warm.
I'll be handing out the ion to any who want a go (after I've had it for a bit at least)

Just thought I'd post something

Low tide must be somewhere just after midday... prob a day for the land...

metservice forcast isnt looking that great...

"Southwest 15 knots easing to 10 knots in the morning, and turning northeast in the afternoon. Sea slight. Fine, morning cloud."


I have work in the avo so will prob not get any useable wind before that for me... sunday is all good for me if its decent...

aaahhhhhhhhhhh! thats the worst thing about kiting. waiting for the glorious weather. and when it comes its not when you can kite!

i'm waiting for some kitable wind to try my groved granny tires out.....

Today is looking promising it a 9 knots SE but the tide is in so hopefully that wind will build as the tide goes out. Haven't been out for a while and itching to go.

Turned out to be a glorious day!
Sun was shining the whole day and I didn't get burnt, which is always a plus.

Also managed to land a kiteloop too (just) think it needs a little more wind for that to go better.

Super sore now though, mostly from the second kiteloop which I didn't land, that hurt a bit.

Watched you guys for a bit... looked like a great day. Was gonna take some pics but my camera ran out of batteries :roll:
