yes they are real and yes you can expect 50kmph+ in 3 knots

probably not hard to miss.

EEEK thats tooo big for a foil... But can i borrow it? I have a rather light wind situation as of late so something this big could be helpfull......

that kite would almost be pointless wouldn't it?

ps 50kph is around 10 times the wind speed at 3knots...... ahhhh...how about no!

i guess it could have been a gust that got the 52 kmph , or a down hill run if you start with the wind behind you it is possible to do super speeds in light air. Ill school you up on aparent wind next time your up here plummet not that you need my help, hehe. Paul thought he would inc the apparent wind by bringing baked beans on the last moose trip.

5 knots at the time you posted that??? Are you serial? It was like 20 when me and nathan were out and the estuary was like high 20's so much so i decidedd not to launch my 10....
