anybody going to ruapehu this weekend?
im taking the kites but dont know of any good places to go that are good for kitesnowboarding, got any ideas??

get in touch with chris the ozone distributor he lives over there and snowkites some 20 days a year up there

or if your in ohakune/turoa come see me!! with so much snow low down a whole lot more places are ridable stupid thing is last two days could have been great but i just didn't think about taking a kite up :?

cool, im staying in ohakune.....im taking a selection of kites.would be awsome to meet as i dont know the area that well and definently dont know the best spots to go snowkiting.

We have snow kited the last 5 days on and around Ruapehu.

Flag this weekend, rain, snow and North westerlies so Whakapapa is the only spot but the weather is not going to be on our side. It is alraedy cloudy and high humidity
