1 1/2 hours (excluding one stop of 10mins for a rain shower to go through)
ave 30kph
max 48kph

ps the 48kph max was right at the end of the 46km run.

had a rest, boarded back and forth and then attemped to board back the length of the beach but the wind died and the tide was in too far so i got halfway-ish back.

total of 75km for the day and 2.40 hours with a total ave of 28kph.

Thats a good effort on a landboard as Thats a long way even in a buggy. How did you feel the day after bet those abs and legs were a bit stiff!!!

hehe today is the day after.

indeed theres some muscle sorness but not as bad as i thought there would be.

of course now i want to go there and back......
