We have just recieved word from the factory that we have a issue with a very small percentage of 2008 snow kite control bars.

Please note - This only applies to bars fitted to 2008 - Manta II, Frenzy FX and Access XC models. (as shown in the pics)

Should you be on holiday in NZ or have purchased your Ozone kite outside of NZ we are happy to carry out your recall and testing here in New Zealand at our design office in Raglan.

Any owners of this bar must comply with this product recall for their safety. Our sincere apologies to our customers for this serious inconvenience that is only affecting less than 1% of the total bars sold. When it comes to safety there can be no Compromise.

Ozone will test all bars and replace free of charge those found to be faulty and pay for any shipping costs incurred.
