Whats happening this summer at the chch beaches? First life guards have equipment stolen and a pervert is arrested at north brighton tryiyng to abuse a five year old. Now we have a nudist wondering the beach between wiamarie and spencerville surf clubs before you get your hopes up its an old man on a yellow bike unless thats your thing and oddly he was wearing a hat, i would have thought a sunburnt head was the least of his worries. So be worned when heading up that end of the beach especially if you have kids with you.
