Hey Jimmy,

Im always keeping an eye on you local folk as i may be one again myself very soon.
Yep still sorted by D-EX and Ozone as well as Ground Industries bro.
What have i been doing? Travelling mostly. I live to travel with my kites.
We have jus come back from 2 weeks touring in Oman with a few of the OZ international team. I posted a wee thread on here, Check it out.
Slovakia is next for a snowkite trip in the new year, cant wait. I love the snow.

Am looking into where in NZ i will come back to live at the moment. ChCh looks pretty happening, but my old local at Hima hawaii is looking promising too. I need to be near the beach, and the snow. Still looking.

Seems everyone in NZ is either a kitesurfer or buggier? Wheres all the KGB riders at?

See ya soon

Wicked dude, yeah come to chch thats where the land stuff is at! or auckland but who wants to live in auckland.

And no there are quite a few landboarders around. there are heaps of guys with boards and small kites that are totally unknown to us who are out there.

O and chch is pretty close to snow during the winter.....i want to hit the snow next year if schooling lets me.

hehe my bathroom needs tiling too.....
well i would say come to the naki but that would be silly unless your into surfing
as the only person i see kgbing between naki and welly is me and me and me and 2 or three times a year my mate that i drag out.
sometimes i see other landboard tracks on the beach but never any actual boarders its like bigfoot you catch glimpses of footprints but nothing else.

i hate to say it but auckland is a great spot for kiting...... there are tonnes of beaches on all sorts of angles so you can pretty much board in any wind direction. also its about 50 mins to the other side of the island so you have 2 completly different tides aswell......
...... but as zennon said who want to live in auckland.

Guys,
Auckland is defo not an option. Ive had enough of big cities.
I wondered if you were still about Shane. Good to hear from ya bro. Where abouts are you based these days?

Himahawaii is still right up there, as was Raglan too.
Ill be hanging up me tiling tools when i get back to NZ hopefully.
I jus wanna chill on the beach and mountain and teach for a while/

Although cash jobs are always a bonus........

I like the idea of no kgb riders for miles. Get to havee the place to meself....

you'll love then man, as plummet was saying, sometimes it reminds me of the early days flying down coldhams - when you knew there were other kiters out there, it just took a while before you actually met them...

i'm living in Christchurch now, still kiting quite a bit - it's a pretty good spot for it, although there's a shit load of other ways to pass the time here than just kite, so it aint getting the attention it used to!

Rags would be a good spot to end up, although i could quite see retiring in one of those little baches down at Hima with a shed full of kites as quite a nice retirement option for you!

Give us a shout when you get here!
