16th Annual Nelson Summer Kite Festival
Neale Park, Nelson. 19th-21st January 2007

Come and enjoy the best provincial New Zealand kite festival on one of
the best urban kite fields in the world!

Situated at Neale Park in front of Nelson city, down at the edge of the
water. When that summer northerly sea breeze kicks in, enjoy very smooth flying conditions!

Hosted by the Nelson Kite Club Inc.

This is a 3 day festival for kitefliers. Set up on Friday,
warmup/practice/race on Saturday, big public display on Sunday.
Free registration!

As a matter o fact. syMptom and Blizzad went last year and i am planning to go with them this year. So we were just waiting for the day to be confirmed.
If you wanted to go then even better. But you can confirm that one way or another the Angry Eyed Buggy Brigade will be there representing Chch.

Are these the correct dates and when do people intend on going up??? do we go up on the wednesday or thursady or what whats happening i need to apply for time off work please help...

Camping at Tahuna if I can get a spot and leaving late Sunday...

I have car and trailer leaving Friday Morning 7.00am and return home Sun pm. Anyone that wants gear taken up can call and we can see if we can fit it in.
