With all the ranting, raving, bitchin and moaning on the forum lately its time for some everyone to get off the keyboards and back on the water.


If anyone is interested, Brad, Gav, Reece, Cody & I are off to Raglan this arvo to entertain the locals (or get spanked). Late high tide this arvo 4pmish but we can kite to the darkness and hit the road back to AK early evening.

Feel free to join us, but only if you want to have some upbeat positive fun with some happy go lucky kiters who don't really give a fat rats.

sorry, gavin and the tamariki touch team. i couldn't make it and got the booby prize of another funky sesh at shakers on my 13m and small board - for the third day in the row! yeehah!

only difference today was the wsp / cabrinha flag waving ceremony and roadshow and the appearance on the water of aussie team rider hudson godfrey-smith, who was absolutely stoked with the place rating it "the best session i've had in nz yet".

it was good to see his fresh approach to riding at shakers and he did seem to have his board-off tomfoolery well dialed, even if he chose not to engage in a kite-loop ante-upping session, despite by best efforts.

Go Shakers.. That was my best session yet.
