And when is the clearwater classic? I have checked the New Zealand forecast and there is not a even a sniff of snow in it, and yet you people are talking like the event is imminent. What gives?

Ah, Clearwater, it makes one a little homesick, but 3 and a half hours on the water (no wetties anymore people) just this afternoon is salving the pain. Something did brush up against my knee when I was grovelling around in the water though - eek!

i can confirm i won't be threatening another chch slider having already sworn off riding in the shite for life. alert readers will be interested to know however i have recently overcome my fear of rails and have been giving them a nudge at the snowplanet, a mere stone's throw from my pad.

these sliders seem far more sturdy than the chch examples and remain in one piece with my ass coming off second best in all exchanges so far.

I think when you can no longer tell the difference between a wet fish and your husband....its curtains for the relationship. Fortunately there are still discernable differences..his gills are far more attractive than your average trevally.

And pete has been working the last couple of days so I bin out all on my own - another 2.5 hr session this afternoon. Time for a feed and a moe!
