Hi I just started 2 weeks ago with Kitesurfing I'm 16 year old exchange student from hamburg/germany and for the next year I'm living in
Auckland/New Zealand.So If you are also a beginner from this area we could catch up and none of us has to learn on his own. :idea: :wink:

Firsty where abouts in Auckland are you planning on staying?

Secondly I'm an intermediate but i've had far too many solo kite sessions for my liking so the thought of having someone else to kite with sounds like a great idea.

Thirdly Local knowledge goes a long way and i have a reaasonably handle on what beaches work best for what winds/seasons etc.

Forthly I don't have a mobile phone as yet but will be getting one very soon and then it'll be much easier to hook up sessions.

Fifthly are you able to go out during weekdays? If so then i'm keen every afternoon after midday (when my work day ends :wink: )

Hi. I'm an escaped convict from the Kingseat and have also just started kitesurfing. I'd be really keen to catch up learn together. We could hold hands while we get dragged up the beach, then hang together in the branches of the beautiful pohutakawa trees that proliferate our waterfronts, while you dial 111 and speak to the operator in German. I'd really like another 'special friend', especially after what happened to the last one (we was learning to skydive together...)
