Well it always amps you when ya touch down on a pacific island to see the palms thrashing around and then the hot breeze as ya walk to the arrival hall.
Yep thats how it stayed for the 7 days, the first two we had 25 to 27kts touching 30 late then one day @ 12 to 14kts and the last four days 20 to 22kts not too bad!!!
The air temp was about 24 to 26deg day and around 22deg @ night, one day light rain, most evenings rain or showers then clear or patchy cloud cover.
There are some great spots on the islands off the main island of Tongatapu, sand bars or spits off at least one point of each island with sand banks out in the middle of no where, oh yer a few shallow reefs too, not for the faint hearted, me board has a few war scars.
Good surf on the west/ north west coast, great accomadation, very friendly locals mega fresh fish, fruit & veg, it's to good.
It's Nemo country under the waves.
