Yep been abit windy here too. the sess at lanes was epic
on the 9m fairly wound by my second 2hr set. the waves for coming thru around head to double head high or mast high in windsufferr talk
one of the best sess ever although the miller/broadbent naki sess a year an a half ago still tops it.
rode some awesome waves and got worked on afew including being taken out by the peeling lip of a set wave going over the falls and rolled several times. keeped the kite flying and came up eventually.
had a evening sess at Kite beach .. a lame/tired attempt to practice some freestyling for the trails.
Trails started today... got lucky and had a first round bye so strait to the second round which was run late today. Howling wind maxed on a 7m but made it thru...yeyha
Aaron made it thru the first round but not the second
So the main event starts thurs.
So its off to Hookipa with a new swell coming. Shaan will tell you that Hookipa is the spiritual birth place of kiteboarding or some bullshit, Kane will disagree, but whatever I couldn't give a rats ass I get to kite Hookipa difinately one off the best wave spots in the world and one few get to kite.
