I believe you are heading there for a couple of weeks, I am leaving on the 7th of next month. Let us all know how you get on up there in the islands. Where are you staying.

At a glance, my money is on the beaches; Matareva, Salamumu, Nu'uavasa & Vailua for 'Upolo. Ananoa beach in Savai'i ... hopefully there are a few launching places on the rocky south coast .

Only one way to find out!

(And don't forget to pay "customary rights" for the use of the beach - Hey , maybe I can start charging all those Auckwakka's "customary rights" when they come down here!?)

jared - i'm there from 21-7, but may stay another couple of days till the end of that weekend. sean is definitely coming up toward the end of august and gavin also probably, plus hippy maybe.

i'm going to start at taufua, thorougly scout upolo and savaii and generally lax out hopefully. all this rugby has been far too stressful for a man with my fast developing sports betting condition. went to the game at eden park last night and am now a jabbering nervous wreck with a serious bourbon hangover.

By the time I arrive you'll be dancing & singing around in a lavalava playing kilikiti, preening your tailfeathers like a fa'fafine & groaning about the effects one to many Vailimas

there is a button called FAQ at the top left of this screen that gives you some info on posting images. also, you can send email to any other user using the PM (private messaging) function that exists pretty much wherever you see someone's post or profile.

i am pleased to report that the dreaded day has come , when i depart these shores for a 16 day sabbatical in the land that time forgot - samoa. i will keep you posted occasionally on this cyber-hui - until then play nicely and enjoy the worst of the winter!

If you see a picture on the net you like, you can right click on the image then go to properties.. Copy all the information in the Address /URL
e.g www2.iserve.co.nz/users/d1helxb/kiteforu...ges/underground6.gif

Past it into a new internet window .. press enter or F5 to refresh the screen
If its the right image then go into your post and click on IMG.. past.. click IMG again to close the tag.

If you want to upload an image you will need to host the image.
Go to a site like www.geocities.com and set up a fee account.
It takes 2 min. Once the account is setup and you have a free 5 meg website, you can upload your pictures.
You will then need to do the same as above and copy your URL
