There seems to be a lot of wind in Waikato at the moment - on Friday to much even for a pole on a board.

Does the skyrider foresee kitable conditions with a 7 on Sunday and Monday - in Raglan - and if so - will anyone be heading down?????

A few of the crew are down there at the moment.
Gavin B and Shane M are heading down tomorrow.

I heard that the wind was to strong today for any kite surfing.

The wind is meant to die down tomorrow as the low moves to the east.
I am considering going down tomorrow.

Too much then not enough.

Hey! Is that a new kinda sport.... Getting towed @ 1 knot by a seagull - powered dinghy all sprawled out on a deflated/ unravelled kite? Waddaya call it, dope on a rope?

Did some swimming today, Helpfull tip; Don't try to help someone if it's gonna put you in the sh#t.

Maybe we'll get lucky tomorrow, forecast looks good for a pristine harbour & bar beginning with A.

Looking like S.S.W so you have the choice of gusty Raglan or clean wind, supreme slickness, hell channel & grinding bar... AAoo teeaa!

Just don't go getting stranded or you'll start seeing mirages of swedish kite girl teams coming to the rescue as has happened previously with one poor sad, sick individual ( see past postings of Sfox101 ).

Yeah there's less current than Raglan in most places, but it's WAY further away to get to the good spots... Better bring your dinghy with seagull outboard firmly attached.

What was it like today - had a sleepless night thus no show.

Any more predictions for later in the week? - metservice has no correlation with the weather.

Rags was utter crap, 8-10 if you were lucky until it died completely, tony was the only one to get rescued this time
Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

Muriwai was farging awesome today.
We did not do the down winder, as every one was having to much fun.. next time.

JohnyNZ took a few pictures of today with my camera.
I will try and get them up tomorrow night.

Robert Wood also took a few pictures of myself, Gavin and Chris.
