Organisation is under way for a meeting of kiters who regularly use the following beaches:

Eastern Beach
Tamaki Estuary
St Heliers Bay
Kohi Beach
Mission Bay

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss;
1. complaints received by the ARC against kiters at the above beaches; and
2. possible approaches to minimise regulation by the ARC in responses to these complaints.

An overwhelming thank-you to all of you who have emailed and phoned me re the upcoming meeting. The volume of response has meant I have been unable to reply individually to you all, but look forward to seeing you in person at the meting.

The positiveness of the replies has been fantastic and its great to see how many people want to get their views across.

A draft copy of the agenda and relevant documents will be emailed to all those who have expressed an interest in attending by the end of the month and I would welcome any feedback you may have.
