Air New Zealand latest deals include trips to Norfolk Island for $138 each way (plus a billion dollars in "tax" no doubt). Does anyone know anything about kiteboarding there? I've done a quick search on the web and found people windsurf there but possibly only from one beach. Looks like it has a fair few clifs along the coast line. Seems like a sort of interesting place to go.

I'd be interested in some more info on the place too.

A relative of mine spent a week there a few years ago, from the best I could gather from them it was mostly cliffs with only one beach.

Further research shows lots of cliffs. There's one bay that gets a SW or S but that's about it. A few of the locals windsurf there.

They say Slaughter Bay, anson Bay and Cresswell Bay are all good for Windsurfing and surfing but don't mention Kiting - maybe it hasn't happened there yet?

Yes found that sight yesterday it says:

There's no formal club but when it's low tide and the wind is gusting from the south-east or south-west, just head down to Slaughter Bay and, if you're lucky, someone will let you borrow their gear.
