where do you hail from? I'm arriving in NZ on the 9th, Looking for a roadtrip somewhere, want to head north... can you fill me in on 90 mile?

I use the same board I surf generally. Only difference is I use EPS blanks with strong Epoxy glassing.
In small conditions especially in the on shore it's fun to use a slightly wider board. My favourite is a very flat 5'4". Its kinda like a fish only difference is it's a thruster set up. Check picture below.

OH, yes. I use heavily glassed in fins..... Plugs and boxes suck!!!

My most favourite board ever!
5'4" x 19 thruster. Very flat with slight flick in the nose and tail.
EPS blank glassed heavily with Epoxy / eglass.
Kite it / Surf it.
