Can anyone tell me how strong the Wind is around Auckland in this time period?

your get everything from 0-40+ knots. 11-12m is used quite often but in the winter months and into spring yourl be using 9's and even 7's.

I will go to the Auckland University of Technology. Which are the best districts for living with short ways to the AUT and to the spots?

You will be able to kite most days. Particularily through spring which brings the westerlies. Auckland is an excellent spot for kiting as there is a beach facing every wind angle. you can kite in any wind direction. So if there is wind you can kite.

No shortage of wind then. Once spring hits you will be on 7s
