Alright then all.
What are the thoughts on the Estuary water quality at the moment?

Lots of people have been returning to the water in the last few weeks and the wind is pumping... Hard to turn down but is the water just super polluted? Silly idea? Thoughts???!

Hi Chris

I would look at engaging with the council. OK, they are busy people, but they do work for us and polluted water is a serious issue. The other though is maybe the area health board as the water would pose a health to users. As for ideas about how to stay safe while riding in the water. My advice would be to look at how you can keep yourself safe it contaminated water. There must be some information out there that would have some tips. Maybe ear plugs or products that you could take. I know that plenty of vitamin C is useful for most nasties!

Let us know what you find... of course the obvious is to kitesurf elsewhere. Would be keen to see some pictures of the location and it's pollution.

Good Luck
