Hey everyone.
If anyone is interested in trying out stand up paddleboarding, you can call in on a Wednesday at the Naish office in Orewa from 5pm on a Wednesday for free use of a SUP, and enjoy a paddle with some others too.
There are contact details online.
The shop is opposite the playgroung just north of the BP on the main road.
I had a go, it rockes, especially for cross training, or enjoying a different view of the ocean.
